In looking for a new vehicle, I didn't want to rush in, make a hasty purchase, and rush back out. It's a contract. I wanted to make sure I was happy with the car I purchased, felt comfortable with payment agreement, and would have a dependable vehicle for years, not months. I was directed to Mr. Tony Flamino, who has been SO VERY KIND! I over analyze everything, and he has been very patient with me, allowing me to take my time and consider my options carefully. Never once did I feel rushed, pushed into a vehicle I didn't want, or felt as though I was a nuisance. All the staff treated me with respect. I was able to take the car home overnight to get a "feel" for the car, before I agreed to anything. The staff has worked very hard to get me into the vehicle I want, and worked even harder to help me get the rates I am looking for. Not only are the products good, quality products, the service was incredible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anywhere, any time. I would personally recommend Tony Flamino for all the hard work, dedication and patience he has shown to me in this new adventure! Button is the Best! More

My husband and I bought a 2012 Dodge Journey which took us awhile to realize water leaked inside when it rained! The years warranty was not up and the car was worked on 9 times! The Water Doctor had to come each time because there wasn't anyone qualified to work on there. After lots of talking I found out the Water Doctor really was only ther 3 times. The cars headliner is stained and ther is mold inside as well . We definitely were given the run around with no results other than being told our credit was not good enough for them to replace the car. Low and behold we went to Blosssom Cheverolet and got a 2013 dodge van and our payments are over 100.00 less!!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with all the people who were " trying" to help us out , you know who you are. It is really a sad day when when Chrysler will not stand behind their product. We did buy another Chrysler product but had a van befor, however never will I purchase a vehicle from Button!!! It really wasn't fun that your 4 year granddaughter is in the seat behind you and says Gammy I am getting rained on and the windows are up. I did stop by the dealership and ask if they forgot to pass out umbrellas with the purchase. I do realize this is a factory defect but no one stepped up to the plate not even Todd the Chrysler rep. After having a TERRIBLE experience at a different Chrysler dealer, I made contact with Travis over the phone to look at a vehicle. After partly negotiating over the phone, we arranged an appointment Chrysler dealer, I made contact with Travis over the phone to look at a vehicle. After partly negotiating over the phone, we arranged an appointment to do a test drive and evaluate my trade-in. Travis was quickly available to meet and was very helpful on the test drive. After the test drive, we started final negotiations. My only complaints about the dealership would be typical with any dealership. They initially tried to low ball me on my trade, even though I knew exactly what it was worth. They included two accessories in the price that I didn't ask for and had no option of taking off. I decided to let that go and not mess with it. My last complaint was initially giving me sub par financing rates. After complaining the rates weren't competitive, they magically found rates that were .9% better. Amazing! In all honesty, almost every dealer pulls this stuff to make a little extra money. With that said, I'll give Button the opportunity for my business again. More
my main concern is that I haven't found any good reviews on the cilajet that they offer for $1000. the salesman lied to me about what it was supposed to do for my new car I bought. so just want to give my o on the cilajet that they offer for $1000. the salesman lied to me about what it was supposed to do for my new car I bought. so just want to give my opinion so people aren't wrongfully informed about this product. before you decide to pay the extra cash to have the cilajet put on your interior and exterior of your vehicle you need to actually talk to the two guys that put this on your vehicle, they work for buttons and are really nolligable about the cilajet product. the salesman gave me one pamphlet on the cilajet and it was very brisk and limited detail about the product. after A few days of having the cilajet done to my vehicle I actually talked to scott who put this on. he gave me two other pamphlets that I wasn't given before hand, and explained to me what it does for your vehicle. it doesn't give it an extra shine I couldn't even tell that they put it on my vehicle other than all the wax that they left on my new car. it gives the interior a glossy look but I was told it does wear off. also I was told by my salesman that they do the interior which they only do the seats and carpet. i didn't totally go into detail with all I went thru, hopefully this will help someone in the future. ps if the salesman tell you that after having your car cilajet that it won't leave waterspots that's a lie also. trust me do your homework before you spend your money More
