Not impressed. Probably will not purchase another vehicle from Button. It took 17 days for the repair and we had a loaner from Button that entire time. Feel very overcharged for the diagnosis and repair. Diagnostic fee has been raised from $95 to $195. The parts needed were quoted at about 80% ABOVE manufacturer's suggested retail pricing, and the parts can be found for sale online at 30% below MSRP. Price (and customer) gouging at its finest. More
