Dear Kiki, I must first apologize to you for the unsatisfactory experience that you are speaking of. I have researched with my team in Sales and Service and do believe that there is no doubt that Mr. Freda experienced unfortunate events with the Sebring/Camaro Service transactions. It is my understanding that the engine replaced on the Sebring indeed had faulty components, and rather than continue to deal with the engine issue, Mr. Freda opted to trade into the Camaro that he currently owns. According to our records, and in speaking with the persons involved in the transaction of the Camaro sale, all parties understood that the Camaro was purchased “As Is”. In Indiana, it is very clear that with this type of transaction the Dealership is limited in its capacity to assist in repairs. It is also my understanding that our team did what they could within their means to help get Mr. Freda back on the road safely in the Camaro. Button Motors still wasted our 10,000 paid in cash, in the price range I was given for the second lemon, a Grandma mobile, have a 300, no or a P.T cruiser Woodie, No, No, not my convertible. Mr. Freda was show a spotless CarFax and their had been alteration and wrecked. Legally no one has to report any wrecks to Carfax, Dealers pay for Carfax service, to us it is a big scam. Still waiting on any form of payment promised two weeks ago for the fuel pump. Still no check, customer service with Button Motors is terrible.. "Your hands are tied", as your Service Department quoted , ours aren't and I will make sure this situations never happens to my family or friends and you lost 10 customers because of this situation.... You do the math .. We have an appointment with the trouble shooter on local news... Happy Holidays.
