Service department changed the oil in our new 2022 Toyota RAV4 and left the oil drain plug loose. On the second oil change at 15000 miles they did it again. Easy to make a service appointment; drove in 10 minutes before and the Service Advisor took my Tacoma in right away. Oil Change, Cabin Air Filter replaced, multi-point inspection, air in tires, fluids top before and the Service Advisor took my Tacoma in right away.
