I must have gone at the wrong time on October 25, 2023. Worse experience with a dealership ever. I bought my used Honda from them and had to have it worked on for over several months before they sent it Worse experience with a dealership ever. I bought my used Honda from them and had to have it worked on for over several months before they sent it to a Honda dealership in Milledgeville to finally get it fixed. Now three years later, took it back to them since the extended warranty made me. The lady making the appointment stated it takes 24 to 48 hours to diagnose the problem with it. A day later and over $600, I was told I had to take it to a Honda dealership because they could not work on it. It took Butler Toyota almost a week to release my vehicle for the Honda dealership to even be able to work on it. No one has called me and explained why I had to pay $600 for work that did not fix my vehicle. You can't tell me that the diagnostic machine did not tell them what was wrong with my vehicle before they did any work on it. Would never tell anyone to go to Butler Toyota for anything! More
