Butler Toyota is great for car service. I called made an appointment for the next day. When I made the appointment I was given the name of a service representative so there was no questio I called made an appointment for the next day. When I made the appointment I was given the name of a service representative so there was no question as to who I needed to speak to. And, there were plenty of time slots available for an oil change. Once I arrived, I met my appointed service person. He gave me a service quote and he asked me if I was going to wait on or leave my car. His name was Shawn. He was very nice and professional. I waited for my car. It took about an hour. They have a snack bar, a TV, and plenty of room to stretch out. Overall I didn't mind waiting on my car. And, the final cost was lower than the original quote. Perfect. Thank you Butler Toyota. More
