I would buy here again and would highly recommend Mr. Stephens Sr. I researched car models, the new technology, and the current buying process as it's been over ten years since I bought my last car, a Suzuki. I went in for my first service and was told it was done. Now they keep calling me to tell me that I need to come in for my first service. I have a full warranty and I need to talk to my Rep that I saw on July 1. They also tell me they cannot find my Rep (whose card I lost) but On July 1 they could search that by my phone number. The operator lied and told me the system has been down two weeks but it was NOT DOWN WHEN I WAS THERE JULY 1. She would not listen to me. I need to talk to my Rep. Why is she lying. Why are they calling me to schedule the service I have already had. More
The sales staff was very professional and pleasant, but stretched too thin and poorly supported by the rest of the dealership. It took all day -- 5+ hours -- to complete a cash purchase of our Certified Used Tacoma. Sometime during the wait, we learned that there was only a single key for the vehicle; though the salesman assured us they would make a second key the following week. A few days later later, we received a call from the service department informing us of a safety recall that needed to be addressed. Getting these issues addressed has been a nightmare requiring THREE separate trips to the dealership. Butler Toyota has far surpassed any doctor's office in the lack of respect for the customer's time. More
Yes, it may be a little bit of a wait for your oil change etc., but they inform you when you arrive what your expected wait time may be for your appointment. Everyone is incredibly nice at the dealership and the facilities are clean and comfortable. JD is an outstanding salesman and I highly recommend him to any potential toyota buyers. He recognizes me anytime I am at the dealership for my vehicle's service appointments and always makes it a point to speak. He took care of me after the paperwork was signed on my new toyota RAV 4, when we had a minor issue with the car, just as well as he did when he was making the sale. I will always buy Toyota going forward. More
