Owner obviously does not care about the reputation of his business. Went to him in search of conflict resolution and was brushed off and directed to speak with someone else entirely. Went in a price from a car buying service to see if they would get close and they couldn't. The salesman said he'd give me a deal that would "knock my socks off" but his deal was $2000 OVER the MSRP out th would get close and they couldn't. They would not come down from MSRP even a little since I was getting 0% financing. I'll be kicking myself for 72 months for paying it. But we did get 0% so I can't beat that part at least.
