Great sales department, the worst service department. Great experience the entire time from start with the used sales department, if I could I'd give them 5 stars. The vehicle I decided on had some pretty bad movement in the steering wheel when I got up to 40mph+ during the test drive, so I said get that fixed and I'll buy it, so they put it on the "we owe" paper work. Now I'm sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours later on a Monday because they closed early on Saturday when it should have been done. Doubt I'll recommend this place to anyone now. Edit: Just left the services department, after watching the mechanic that was working on my car floor it out of the lot in my car that I just bought two days ago. Jerry Morgan is his name, in case anyone wants to make sure not to get him. It's unprofessional and ridiculous, you put faith in an establishment to provide a service for you and they completely fail. Not to mention I have to come back on Friday because they couldn't even fix my issue. Starting to wish I never even came here to buy a car. There should be a check in process when a dealer buys a used car at auction, this should never have even been an issue. More

Best service I have had at this dealership ! I came in to get a recall issue fixed . I also opted to get my oil changed and tires rotated at the same time. My oil change was free because my vehicle is still under warranty.I was given a free car wash and check of my underhood fluids. I asked for new windshield wipers and was told I did not need them. I was impressed with the courtesy and honesty of the service representative by the name of Debbie. I choose the Butler C,D,J dealership because I am a senior citizen and wanted a dealership close to home. Prior to the 2016 Jeep Patriot that I currently drive and that I got a fantastic deal on. I owned a BMW and traveled to Charleston,SC for service. Believe me Butler C,D,J has better service than I got in Charleston at a luxury dealership. I will be glad when the new dealership opens because the current lobby is uncomfortable.The TV blasts at the same time a radio plays very loud music. The worst part about the lobby is there is a young man that works cleaning up who is very rude. He talks and cusses under his breathe. I did not wait in the lobby this time. Because of my previously mentioned issues I had a family member pick me up and bring me back later when my Jeep was ready. I hope the new lobby will be better. Even with those complaints I would still give the dealership five stars! More

Great deals to be found at an aging delaership If you judge your car dealership by the newness of the facility, Butler CDJ won't score high. But, the deals on new cars being offered were/are great! I understand that Butler is building a new facility on Robert Smalls Parkway but I really wasn't concerned about that when I wanted to trade in my aging van for something newer. Salesman Timbo George and Sales Manager Ken Reed gave me a deal on a 2017 Jeep Cherokee I just couldn't pass up. I am sure I will love the new facility when completed but for now, I am just happy I landed such a great deal from these people. More

Worst buying experience of my life I purchased a "brand new" 2015 Chysler 200. It came with over 1,000 miles. The MSRP was 24,000. I expressed to the salesman that I wanted something th I purchased a "brand new" 2015 Chysler 200. It came with over 1,000 miles. The MSRP was 24,000. I expressed to the salesman that I wanted something that wasn't too expensive and monthly payments within $300-$400 range. Once the vehicle was financed it came to over $28,000 and with my monthly payments of $549 for 72 months, I will end up paying almost $40,000 for a $12,000 car. I wouldn't recommend anyone else shop there. I was desperate for a vehicle at the time and didn't realize how overpriced the Chysler was until after I had it past the return period. This isn't the first time this has happened to a customer and they obviously only care about making money. More
