The sales person was very helpful and answered most of my questions. Toyota corperate was a very differnt story. Waiting for over a year is outrageous and way to long in my opinon. Minor inconvenience when picking up the car. I expected that after two weeks, the sill guards would have been installed on the vehicle when I picked it up. I had received an email while on vacation stating that the parts had arrived. So, somehow, there was no commuication between sales/service (like an 'auto-alert') to have the parts on the car upon pickup. So, I ended up having to come back the next day with an appointment and wait for an hour (a reasonable amount of time in my opinion) for the door sills to be installed. I would have expected that this shouldn't have had to happen with me noticing that the car did not have the door sills installed. More
