He urged us to take plenty of time to drive the Ranger and answered all our questions and concerns about the vehicle (the 2011 vehicle seemed smaller inside versus our 1996 Ranger but the solid ride, great acceleration, and fantastic radio more than offset these concerns). The discussion about the trade-in value of our old Ranger was spirited, but polite, and progressed rather smoothly and quickly to an agreeable compromise. Burns Ford and Levi have set the standard in car sales. I had been diligently car shopping for three weeks comparing prices, options and value. I found the vehicle online, called Levi and told him I would be there the next day. The car was staged by the front door, freshly washed, shined and ready for a test drive when I arrived. Upon returning to the dealership we finished the entire purchase with keys in hand in less than 15 minutes. Burns Ford has no equal in Columbia or Charleston. I found the best car with the best price and options in beautiful Lancaster. Levi and the Burns team executed this purchase flawlessly and my family is extremely happy with our new car. I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion for my daughter, and recently a 2012 for myself. Each time I went the staff did an excellent job. Their is no hassale and where friendly! Stopped by after viewing inventory to check out used pickup truck. Was greeted by Kevin Padgett. He answered all questions thouroughly and made us feel quite comfortable and relaxed with no "hurry up" attitude. Jeff very kindly worked with me on the price and we bought the truck. I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have ever made and going on 73 years old we have a few buying experiences to compare to. We will return to BURNS we get ready to replace my wife SUV. Jeff let me look at his Explorer and I showed it to Fran also plus I took a couple of brouchures on the Flex and Explorer home for her to look at. I noticed "vibration" between 40-50 mph so I took it in for a checkup. Jon was great to work with and they are still working on a solution. The Mechanic Rob was also super nice and concerned and told me what steps he was taking to find the cause. Jon kept me informed also. We are now waiting for a truck to come in with the same drive shaft so they can switch them and determine if that is the trouble or the rear end. Naturally I am con concerened about cost since it was an "as is sale". Hopefully the warranty I asked for will cover it. Jeff said "don't worry, you have not had it that long so we will help you out if need be. Now you cannnot beat that kind of support from a dealership. I have the utmost confidence in Burns Ford and have told others about it. Thanks again for being such a reputable dealership. I am a happy customer and LOVE THE TRUCK. 2009 F150 SUPERCREW. My 24 year old grandaughter said "Grandpa let me know if you need to me to take care of it when your travelling". I had to take both 25 and 25 year old grandkids for a ride as soon as they saw it.
