I went down to look at a truck that I had seen online. Bobby came out to greet me. I told him the exact truck that I had looked at and he politely went to pull it around so I could look at it. After I had checked it out and learned more about it, I decided that it did not have everything I was looking for in a truck. So Bobby asked me to describe my perfect truck to him so he could search their inventory for it! After a few minutes, he came back and said he had found one that met my qualifications. He went out to pull it around and I was amazed at what he brought for me to see, a gently used 2010 Ford F150 Platinum. It had everything I had ever wanted and more. It didn't take long after settling on a price for me to purchase the truck. I sat down with Freddy to fill out the paperwork and he was very detailed with his words. Taking the time to explain everything to me as we went through the papers. I went down a few days later to get the car detailed since the service dept was closed by the time I had left the night that I bought the truck. While I was there, Seth took over an hour with me and showed me how to do everything with my lcd screen in the truck. He was very thorough and explained all the extras that my new truck entailed. I really appreciated this because I had no clue as to how spectacular this truck really was. It is the most impressive vehicle that I have ever owned and I appreciate all these guys for the experience in buying my truck! More

I was specifically interested in looking at the F150's that they had in stock and we walked through their selection and picked out the trucks that I wanted to look at and test drive. I decided on a new F-150 Lariat. They gave me a very fair price for trade and worked with me on a price that I was very happy with. As I signed the paperwork, they detailed the truck and gased it up and before you know it, I was driving home in a great new truck. On Sept 27, 2013 my wife and I were traveling to Rock Hill from the Lowcountry area of SC. While traveling along I-77 my 2004 Ford FX4 began skipping and on acceleration seemed to be misfiring. Being so far away from home I began to expect the worse so I looked for the nearest Ford dealership and saw Burns Ford in Lancaster. I limped my truck there and figured that was luck and knew it would have to leave it there for a couple of days and since it was friday afternoon nothing would be able to get done until Monday morning. To my surprise i walked into an extremely clean service area and into the department office and met Matt, Jeff, and Seth. I explained to them the predicament we were in and they immediately got me in the system and had a mechanic named Mike hop right on it. They diagnosed it saying there was a bad coil and had it changed and my wife and I back on the road in about 45 minutes. I can say nonetheless they turned an emergency into a smooth and fast fix.
