I have dealt with Burns Ford before and got a good deal.. Seen the Edge Sport and really like it..Went inside and asked for Carl Raffaklt and i was told he was not in so Levi Jones said he could help me..Gave me a price that i agreed on and took thr bill of sale to my lender and we made the deal.. What started as an internet inquiry about a specific car turned into a great business relationship and a great deal for us. Though I only rated the price as good, that is as good as it ever gets when buying turned into a great business relationship and a great deal for us. However, Levi was clear that they had lowered the price as much as possible and made a good offer for my trade-in sight unseen. I cannot recall the name of the guy who handles the paperwork, but he was also great to work with and very efficient too. More

My first experience with Burns Ford was in 2010 when I purchased a new F-150. Three years later, it was time to downsize, so because of my previous positive experience in 2010, I called Burns Ford back t purchased a new F-150. Three years later, it was time to downsize, so because of my previous positive experience in 2010, I called Burns Ford back to see about coming in to trade. Bobby Howze spoke with me on the phone, listened to my needs, took my info, was very friendly, and scheduled a time for me to come in promising they would not waste my time. I drove the 60+ miles from home, passing at least 4 other Ford dealers, to go to Burns in Lancaster. I was not disappointed. It was the same laid back, courteous service I had experienced before. There were even familiar faces still working there from 3 years before (a rarity in the Car Sales biz these days). You see, this 2013 Fusion I bought at Burns today was my 10th new Ford purchase in the past 11 years. In that time, for sales and service, I have dealt with at least 8 Ford dealerships in SC and NC. None of the others compare with Burns in my opinion for decent, prompt customer service, and honorable sales practices. I was not pressured or hassled. My wife and I were very comfortable and at ease while we were there, and the transaction was fast and efficient, but not rushed. Our time was valued, but they made sure that we were satisfied. Bobby, our salesman, could not have been more nice and easy to talk with. He made sure every detail with the getting the vehicle ready was taken care of before I even knew it. Bobby was waiting there with the vehicle we discussed on the phone ready to test when we arrived. Freddy Ivey, the business/credit manager, remembered me from 3 years ago and was just as nice a guy as you could ever meet. Paperwork didn't even feel like paperwork because of his comfortable, yet professional manner, all the while carrying on a sincere personal conversation with us. As we prepared to leave we met Seth Miller, the Marketing guy, who took our picture with Bobby in front of my new Fusion. Very soon after we left I received an email thanking us, and a copy of our picture! I then had occasion to reply back to Seth with a question on the new car, and I received an informative reply in a short period of time. Incidentally, I give kudos to Seth on the web presence for Burns Ford. It is one of the best dealership websites I have ever seen because of the depth of information and photos of the vehicles in their inventory. So, all in all, Burns Ford is the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had... twice now! My only regret is that we don't live anywhere close enough to Burns to be able to regularly utilize their service department. But, something tells me it ain't too shabby either! More
