Truly Customer Focused First of all I do not write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. We bought a new Cadillac XT5 from Andrew Mueller and it was a pleasure. Aft First of all I do not write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. We bought a new Cadillac XT5 from Andrew Mueller and it was a pleasure. After talking to several other dealerships that lead you on, run back and forth to talk to the manager, advertise incentives that do not apply every buyer, and basically waste hours of your time then never stop calling when you turn down their deal. You know how this goes. Andrew was a breath of fresh air, He was respectful of my time, totally customer focused, straight forward and no "let me go talk to the manager" Andrew was the only one that I had to deal with from minute I walked in. To say that Andrew is a car salesman would be a disservice he is a customer ambassador. We very happy with the whole process. Thank you Burns Cadillac and Andrew. More
