Great Service Had my 98 Corvette serviced (trans fluid and differential) at Burns. They readily accommodated my schedule and fit the service in on short notice. Warranty work on my Corvette I brought my Corvette into Burns to get some warranty work done. Chris and team were able to confirm the issue I suspected, get the replacement part quickly, and get the car back to me before I expected. Super happy about that. The ONLY reason I am not rating 5 stars across the board is that the technician did not reassemble all the related parts correctly the first time, so I had to return to get that straightened out. To their credit, Chris and team owned up to the mistake (if you can even call it that), and made it right instead of trying to sell me other parts that I didn't need on the car in order to cover the time spent making it right. That simple act right there, built a lot of trust for me. I'm pretty confident to come back to this service center in the future. More

Super quick I stopped by to have my oil checked before going out of town. The service folks noted that my oil life was down to 10% and said I should have it chang I stopped by to have my oil checked before going out of town. I did not imagine that they would service my car at that time,but they said sure we can do it and they did! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with new oil and rotated tires.
