The ONLY reason I am not rating 5 stars across the board is that the technician did not reassemble all the related parts correctly the first time, so I had to return to get that straightened out. To their credit, Chris and team owned up to the mistake (if you can even call it that), and made it right instead of trying to sell me other parts that I didn't need on the car in order to cover the time spent making it right. That simple act right there, built a lot of trust for me. I'm pretty confident to come back to this service center in the future. More
