My experience was no phone call to Burns, just go online and make the appointment and I used the online appointment functionality for the first time! My experience was no phone call to Burns, just go online and make the appointment and drive in. My Service Adviser when I came in was very helpful. I dropped my car off in the morning on my way to work and shortly after my appointment time I received a call and it was ready on schedule. I've not had any bad experiences with the last two vehicles that I own in my interactions with Burns! More

Auto purchase We were in Rock Hill for an errand and decided to stop at Burns to review a used Chevy Equinox. We were greeted by Tom Lewis, who showed us the car, t We were in Rock Hill for an errand and decided to stop at Burns to review a used Chevy Equinox. We were greeted by Tom Lewis, who showed us the car, talked about himself and the business, and we liked him immediately. He explained the car to us and we took a short test drive. Tom introduced us to Andrew Mueller, who helped seal the deal by reviewing our other options at other dealers. Great service from good people makes happy customers. There was a minor mixup with a temporary tag and transfer of paperwork. All was straightened out with a short visit a day later. Since the car had some warranty remaining, I wish that I had a chance to meet the service manager for future reference, but will work that out later. More
