This was my second Chevy dealership that I took my used hummer H3 to for Service I had antitheft malfunctions and tire senor alarms along with radio components we’re giving off errors after only owning it for two days It took them no time to get new parts shipped and the entire vehicle brought back to life like a brand new vehicle. They also were realistic as far as how much it would cost to fix the vehicle because anytime electrical is involved there could be more components bad ones replacing the main board I was treated with respect and urgency at all times I will definitely visit this dealership for service they have earned a customer for life More

He called me with all of the details letting me know the cost associated with each process and if I was okay to proceed or not . The only perk I would suggest is maybe "cleaning" the car before returning to the customer , not detailing but a simple vacuuming or wash & rinse would be an added benefit the customer would see and appreciate . More

cost was covered & went the extra mile to provide a loaner! When I discovered a leak on the ground I was very worried about my Equinox. I appreciated getting a next day appointment. The problem was identified that day, but they were backed up to perform the work. I was worried because I knew no loaners were available when I scheduled my appointment. I live out of state over an hour away & had to get to work that evening, so Mr Holshouser in the service department & Mr Martinez in sales worked a miracle to put me in a new Equinox so my vehicle could be left for repair. Mr Collins approved it as well, so I was relieved. The work was covered under power train warranty, so that was great news during this holiday season. It's a long drive to my dealership, but no one else has ever done service or work on my vehicle since purchased at Burns. And this will certainly stay this way! More
