The only perk I would suggest is maybe "cleaning" the car before returning to the customer , not detailing but a simple vacuuming or wash & rinse would be an added benefit the customer would see and appreciate . I live out of state over an hour away & had to get to work that evening, so Mr Holshouser in the service department & Mr Martinez in sales worked a miracle to put me in a new Equinox so my vehicle could be left for repair. Mr Collins approved it as well, so I was relieved. The work was covered under power train warranty, so that was great news during this holiday season. It's a long drive to my dealership, but no one else has ever done service or work on my vehicle since purchased at Burns. And this will certainly stay this way! More
