George was just excellent. He kept me in the loop about a 2024 Trax that I put a hold on, but it just didn't arrive for some reason. I ended up buying from another dealer, but He kept me in the loop about a 2024 Trax that I put a hold on, but it just didn't arrive for some reason. I ended up buying from another dealer, but my salesperson there was nothing like George. George was so thoughtful, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I wish he were the salesman where I purchased my car. When we go to purchase another car which should be within the next year, I will be back to Burns and look for George.
