My complaint against Burns Chevrolet is the false vehicle information provided. I specifically searched for a non-smoking vehicle, and they listed the car I purchased as such. Unfortunately, this was NOT t information provided. I specifically searched for a non-smoking vehicle, and they listed the car I purchased as such. Unfortunately, this was NOT the case. My vehicle is extremely nice and rides wonderfully, but this was a SMOKER'S car. I had the cabin air filter replaced, and it looked like a cigarette - disgusting. I have tried several remedies to remove the cigarette smell. The dealership treated the vehicle as well. Unfortunately for me and my family, we have a beautiful car that will always smell like smoke. Since I bought it used, I am stuck with the purchase. Please be extremely careful to verify the truth of their advertising. I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership!!!! More
I took my truck to the service department because the rear passenger window was working intermittently. Burns called and informed me the window motor needed replacing. OK. I pick up the truck, the wind rear passenger window was working intermittently. Burns called and informed me the window motor needed replacing. OK. I pick up the truck, the window works great! The 2nd day the window stopped working again. I took it back. they said they found a loose wire. It was a loose wire all along. I didnt get a refund, apology or anything. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a loose wire. Another incident. My vehicle would not start. I called Burns service group and explained that i was a customer and was parked 100' or less from the dealership. The guy said he couldnt help me. I would have to call a tow truck to get the vehicle from a parking lot beside the dealership to the dealership!! unbelievable. I get the vehicle over to the service dept. Later that day they call me to come pick it up, its fixed! I had to pay over $300 for them to reprogram the computer. No physical labor. No wrench turning. They said the computer on the vehicle just lost its memory and needed new programming. What a rip-off. TAKE THE GOOD ADVICE. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BURNS CHEVROLET FOR SERVICE! You will get lied to, cheated and taken advantage of. More
I was super impressed with the Body Shop and specifically Curtis Reynolds. He was so patient and kind to me and my husband. He answered all of our questions tirelessly!! He kept me updated every day as to my vehicle's progress through email and phone calls. We have bought 6 vehicles through Burns. This was my first time using the Body Shop and I was so impressed!!!
