We never want any customer to feel that we are trying to treat them disrespectfully or trying to price gouge. If you were interested in a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle for example. Sometimes extra rebates are offered on CPO vehicles. To get a more accurate, estimated quote. It is important to know whether you are financing or paying cash because one quote would have interest with tax, title, and license included. While the other would have no interest with just tax, title, and license.(It's also important to know the state so we can go by your state tax laws.) Our call center is off site so the call center has to contact the dealership to get certain information such as mileage, if it has not been updated on the website yet.
