My under warranty Nissan Leaf needed a tow to a Nissan dealership. The Nissan recovery service did not offer Burleson Nissan as even an option even though I live in Burleson. I forced the system to take my vehicle to the Burleson dealership. I can see now why Nissan Recovery did not recommend I take my car there. It has been with them 2 1/2 days and despite making 4 calls to them for progress reports I have had no responses. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be demanding to speak to the Service Manager/GM tomorrow. More

Every vehicle I've bought from here has had issues. I had a recall on my car and was NEVER informed. It was also apparently fixed on my last visit and wasn't informed of that either.
