I’ve been in this Nissan multiple times and always get treated so well. I love going there even though I have to drive many miles to get there. Customer service is top notch! I can really tell that they treated so well. I love going there even though I have to drive many miles to get there. Customer service is top notch! I can really tell that they genuinely appreciate me as their customer. In their waiting area, they have a nice big screen tv that shows movies and a commercial grade coffee machine that makes all kinds of tasty coffee drinks from cappuccinos to lattes. There is also a sink for hand washing. I love the movie theater vibe. The gentleman who assisted me this time is Tad or Ted, the one with the cool spiky hair : ). Thank you for providing great service! Will be back! More

Excellent Team At Burleson Nissan I have had many people recommend this dealership to me when I was looking for a new truck, I stopped in and dealt with Gil who did an outstanding job I have had many people recommend this dealership to me when I was looking for a new truck, I stopped in and dealt with Gil who did an outstanding job in sales got me in and out in a timely manner. I then had a service problem which was of no ones fault and Coby got me in and took excellent care of me, even gave me a loaner till it was fixed. Matt Del Campo was my Sales Person. Matt was very friendly, polite and not pushy! Met Manager, Justin Crain and Finance, Charlie Acousta who were also very friendly. It only took 2 hours to pick out friendly, polite and not pushy! Met Manager, Justin Crain and Finance, Charlie Acousta who were also very friendly.
