I bought a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from this dealership in August of 2020. In March of 2021 the A/C went out and I had a warranty through them, I paid my $200 deductible and went without a vehicle for a week August of 2020. In March of 2021 the A/C went out and I had a warranty through them, I paid my $200 deductible and went without a vehicle for a week only for the A/C to not be fixed correctly. It is now July in August and my A/C is blowing hot yet again. I have a small child who is dripping sweat after 5 minutes in the car due to the A/C not working. The service department told us we had to take the car to a Volkswagen dealership in Arlington to fix my car, we drove all the way to Arlington to only be told Nissan would have to bring the car to them and they couldn’t even look at my car until mid August.
