I will say that I was a little hesitant at first to come to a dealership that verbally offered to get me in and out ,only because it has happened at other dealerships in the past , and understandably so . With that being said I made arrangements to bring in vehicle ,and not being able to drop it off that day I had to sit and wait for vehicle which could have taken all day . Tad was the service advisor ,and I was remarkably and pleasantly surprised when not only did the mechanic team knock it out , I also added a lube service to the original order . These guys knocked it out of the park . The only reason im giving these guys 5 stars is because chart don't go higher thank you Kindly will recommend and return in a heartbeat . More

Took my car in for an oil change to only be told I need $1500 worth of work that was just listed on a piece of paper. Nothing at all was explained to me. Apparently something is wrong with my brakes that I asked to be checked a few months ago when the transmission and blower motor was replaced which neither still work correctly. Sad that I was literally sold a piece of crap car that's given me trouble since day 1. The car is barely 4 years old and is fallen apart. My appointment was at 830am and didn't leave until 11am. That's because they locked my keys in my car so I had to wait for them to fix that too. More
