They are always right there when you drive up to see what you need. I like it that they send you a text and you can keep up with the progress of your vehicle. I needed a new filter for my cargo area and they let me know, they are not pushy about that. If you want to do it fine if not that is fine as well This is my third Nissan and I am Pleased with it and the dealership. More
