I get a call Thursday and it was the battery and it can be replaced for $150.00 Well I brought in my own battery, paid $21.95 plus tax to install. States right on paperwork in "Sara" hand writing..."WASH! " I can't believe the New battery dropped in space, terminals full of gunk from old and car looks like sprayed with hose! Their going to bill Mazda for the 3 recalls and the loaner, Sorry I didn't pay $150.00 for your battery Nathan P. (Mechanic), but a rookie cleans battery posts before placing in a new battery! And for the wash....nice perk as your being gouged! I Will NEVER enter Drivers village again! Those TV testimonials reflect sales experience, after the sale is a crap shoot!
