We were from out of state and Juan answered all my questions about how to go through the purchase since I was going to travel to CA to get the vehicle (first time buying out of state). Provided me with a PO over email so I could get everything ready before heading to CA. I will look to buy my next vehicle from this same location! Highly recommended. More
