They refuse to help me with a basic problem. They didn't report the sale to the IRS Eco Portal, so I can't get the Federal EV tax credit. I bought a car with Bunnin in March of 2025. I didn't get the tax credit at the point of sale because they didn't know how to do it. Ok great, I said I'll get it at tax time, because that's the other option. In January 2026, I filed my taxes and entered my vin information to get the federal EV tax credit. However, my VIN kept getting rejected by the IRS, because it didn't match their system. A quick google search shows that this happens when the dealer didn't report the sale to the IRS in their eco portal. I contacted Bunnin and instructed them to enter my information into the IRS ECO portal so I can get the tax redit. The portal is still open and this could easily be done. They transferred me to someone named Juan Miller, who I explained the situation to, and he said that the dealer doesn't have to do anything, and that I could just get the credit with the IRS on my own. The IRS website clearly states that if the dealer doesn't report the sale in the ECO portal, then person who bought the car can't receive the tax credit. My taxes were rejected because my information wasn't in the system. He wasn't helpful. I called again after doing more research, and told him again, I need them to report the sale information to the IRS portal. After back and forth argument again, he said would look into it. I called a few days later, and the first thing he said was "I thought we already went over this?" That tells me he didn't look into anything. After back and forth argument again, he hung up on me. That's the kind of customer service you'll get from Bunnin' if you have an issue, I called all the other managment and finance staff in the dealership, and no one else can help me either.

Well, I purchased a new Chevy Blazer ev and as you know it had the infoscreen problems but Bunnin helped me as much as possible unti GM was able to apply the fix. I am very happy with the car and the Bunnin dealership.
