I made an appointment for an oil change. It took more than 2 hours for the oil change. Then I was told that to help maintain my car, I should spend over $1000 to get everything done that my It took more than 2 hours for the oil change. I finally agreed to replace 2 air filters in my car. When I got the bill I had a coupon to get $25 off parts. I was told I should present that coupon when I signed in. I only signed in for an oil change. I had no idea I would need to use my coupon. I feel like I was being pressured to spend more money on my car for things I didn't understand why this was needed. I will probably be using another garage for my oil changes. I will keep what I was told that my car needed and will ask for a second opinion on what this car needs. This also happened the last time I was in for an oil change. Evidently the service department gets a commission when they convince a customer to have other work done. More

We were experiencing a problem with our Subaru that could not be reproduced at our first service call. However, as soon as the warning lights appeared again, I returned to the dealership immediately so that not be reproduced at our first service call. However, as soon as the warning lights appeared again, I returned to the dealership immediately so that someone could see the problem. Wendy greeted me and followed me to the car so I could show her what warning lights were going on and off. She instructed someone not to turn off car until the lead mechanic could see the problem himself, Wendy arranged for me to have a loaner car for the day. Wendy was very helpful and got me off to work quickly. Thank you. More
