Normally would have given more stars but something has changed. I had a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance to change oil and filter, took 2.5hrs !! Usually its 1hr or so. Brought car in on a Monday due to oil leaking. After 1.5 hours, told they'd have to order part & it would be ready the next day. Gave me a loaner. Finally got my car back on Friday.
