Negotiated a deal for a lease based upon my specifications in writing. Left $500 refundable deposit. When car was delivered I informed them that this was not the car I ordered. Salesperson c specifications in writing. Left $500 refundable deposit. When car was delivered I informed them that this was not the car I ordered. Salesperson came back and said that this was the only car I was getting for the price that was negotiated. Baited with a good lease deal and then tried to switch in a lesser car. We walked from deal and asked for our refund. Told I would receive my deposit back within 48 hours, still have not received after 10 days and General Manager Anthony keeps hanging up on me when I call. More
I like the fact that this dealership is all about personal attention and honesty unlike some of the more fancier dealerships in in the area where you are just another number. My most recent purchase was May 2012, my salesman, Anthony Sherman, was very patient and informative. He spent two hours with us going over every concern and detail we had. He worked with us to come to a price that worked for us and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He even went out of his way to locate the vehicle we needed even thought they did not have it in inventory. The sales manager, Anthony Ciarlo, was a doll! He remembered me and my family from past purchases and recounted a funny family story about my dog that we had told him over a year ago. He was very open and honest about everything. He made our experience feel very personal and important to him. Nicole helped us with the financing part of the process and was able to lock in a great rate for our budget. She reviewed all of the papwerwork with us and did not let us leave until we were comfortable. It was a seamless process. George is the service manager who we see from time to time when we have to bring in our other vehilces for service. He is very accomodating and his team is knowledgable and friendly. We love the fact that we can trust a dealership that is so close to home. We have recommended this dealership to all of our friends and family. More

I went with my parents who were buying a new GMC Terrain. Lou, the man who helped us out, found us the right car for the right price and made everything hassle free and a great experience. He was helpful and not a typical car salesman (he didn't harassingly call us or sell us out on a million useless options we didn't need). Love the new car and glad that we went there; so much better than the Ford/Lincoln dealership we went to in Paramus. My father has already said that he will consider buying a Buick there because he loved the service and ease this dealership provided us already! I'm super happy and sure that anyone who goes to this dealership and talks with Lou will be ecstatic!-Robert. More
The dealership lied about the rebate program they offer. They had someone call me prior to issuing a survey from GMC corporate to see if I would rate them a 5 which I sad I would yet I never got a GMC corporate survey. More
