I’m giving a rating of 5⭐️ bc of Ray Soulza. I arrived late in the afternoon after no one returned my call from this morning. Ray saw me sitting and waiting patiently and came right over to assi I arrived late in the afternoon after no one returned my call from this morning. Ray saw me sitting and waiting patiently and came right over to assist. Asked what I needed, checked to be sure it could be done today, returned to get the job done. Explained the time frame it would take and what services would be provided on this visit. I really appreciate Ray bc the phone rep couldn’t provide info and the voice message I left went unanswered. He really put my nerves & patience at ease. Thanks Ray!!! More

I took my car in for an oil change. They said it will take an hour and a half, and we will call you when we are done. 2 hours past, and no call from the dealership. I called two hours l They said it will take an hour and a half, and we will call you when we are done. 2 hours past, and no call from the dealership. I called two hours later and they say, your car is ready. But they was supposed to call me. And when I got there and paid they said, your car is on the other side of the wall, meaning outside of the building they were in. I go out and looked, and no car. I tell them my car is not there. We go behind the building and there it is. Smh poor xxx customer service More

I arrived at my appointment for service as schedule, so on time, but so did ten or more other folk who when asked, all had the same appointment time as I did. After two hours, the cashier said I still had on time, but so did ten or more other folk who when asked, all had the same appointment time as I did. After two hours, the cashier said I still had about 45 minutes before my car “might” be ready. I also was informed that those with or without appointments were served as they came in. Not good service and disappointing! Three hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous! More
