The service was fine but I was waiting to get my truck. I asked him to call me when truck ready I don't get a call I called back 6:00 and found the shop closed 5:30. The shop closed with my truck in the shop and had no way to get work the day. I was NOT HAPPY!! More

I have gone to other dealerships “Jim Thornton Chevy” they sold me the truck but wouldn’t return any of my calls after purchase. I went there to get my back lift gate repaired and the kick feature was not working after the repair. They advised someone would call me and that never happened even after paying for the lift gate repair. I lost my trust in Chevy until I tried Buddy Chevrolet.
