Budd Baer Subaru - Service Center

On arrival I was greeted by, Derek and he pointed me in the direction of Aiden who was also in a great mood. Both were friendly and helpful. I looked around the service area and was glad to see how well the area was kept up, clean and dusted (first time for service). Aiden kept me up to date on the progress of the service they were doing on my OB. He had checked for recalls and told me they were none and the OB was finished and reviewed all they did, I was concerned regarding the front tires, they looked like they were wearing out with only seven thousand miles. Aiden explained that they measured in 1/32 and mine were at 5 (which is 1/2 way). I had read the since they were soft rubber and the design/engineered of the OB front end were problematic that tires have had a tendency with wearing out faster than normal. Over all my first time with service was a positive one , thanks to Derek and Aiden. Of course the BUDD BAERR CARE LOYALTY was cost FREE. Thanks, C J D'Alesio, Jr (Skip) More
