I apologize our drop off appointment procedure wasn't explained to you. A 7am drop off appointment is time for our advisor to check in the vehicle, it does not go into the shop at that time. Drop off appointments are worked in throughout the day depending on need and time of re-delivery. There was nothing marked on the drop envelope for a sooner time for pick up so your vehicle did not have a higher priority. Sorry about that but we try to be accommodating to everyone's needs when we are aware of them. The recall work on your vehicle was verified after test drive as working as designed. If something else happened afterward, I am very sorry it did not happen on our watch and while we had the vehicle. I hope you were able to find resolution for this situation but if for any reason you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will make arrangements to pick up the vehicle and get this rectified for you.

xxxxxxxx, I was told to have at there by 7am and it would take 40 minutes to do. I dropped it off the night before becouse of another appointment and I would picking it up after that appointment witch I told the service department. When I took it to the second dealership the switch that your dealership put on has been shorted out and had to be replaced again. So in ending this post stop lying to cover your xxx.
