On Oct 21, 2024 I had my Tahoe in to Bud Weiser for an oil change and an air leak in the front passenger tire. They told me a plug was all that was needed and charged me $30 in addition to my oil change. oil change and an air leak in the front passenger tire. They told me a plug was all that was needed and charged me $30 in addition to my oil change. All good, or so I thought. Fast forward to November 18th and I am driving to Texas. I hit a pothole along the highway and suddenly my tire sensor starts going crazy that I’m losing Air quickly Thankfully I get off the highway safely and get to a gas station to determine it’s flat and wont keep any air. Get roadside assistance to get me safely on my way so we can get to our hotel several hours late (3:00 am). I get to the dealership in Texas in the morning to have them check things out and he asked if I had that tire plugged. I told him no, because it was the driver side rear that went flat. I ONLY HAD THE PASSENGER FRONT PLUGGED. Turns out during my oil change in October they rotated my tires without telling me. It also turns out that they plugged the tire on the shoulder which is not supposed to happen. They should ONLY plug the FLAT part of the tire. NOT the shoulder or the side wall. They should have had me replace the tire in October. Obviously I had to replace the tire. AutoNation in Richland Hills, Texas was nice enough to give me my plugged tire back so that I can bring it back to Bud Weiser to show them how incompetent their technicians are. While I was waiting for them to complete my tire swap, I made a phone call to Bud Weiser from AutoNation in Texas, asking to speak to the Service Manager. I was told they were unavailable, and that my message would be passed along and I would get a call back. I am still waiting for that call. But it does not surprise me that nobody whats to take responsibility there. Shane is always the one I deal with when I have service done, and he has cost me extra money on more than one occasion, because he doesn’t listen. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman, or maybe it’s because he simply doesn’t care. Regardless of the reason why, they would be smart not to ignore their customers. This whole ordeal not only cost me the pointless cost of the tire plug, but also an extra night’s stay in a hotel because of the amount of time I had to spend waiting for roadside assistance and the amount of time waiting at the dealership the next morning for an unscheduled service. Thank you to Auto Nation in Richland Hills, Texas for taking care of me without an appointment, and making sure I was completely safe. And to Bud Weiser, I really hope you don’t wait too long to call. You may just find me in your show room with this tire! I don’t think that’s how you want to handle this. This could have ended in a very different way. I thank God every day it didn’t. So to say I’m upset is an understatement. More

Easy to deal with & had a very knowledgeable salesman. They always have what I’m looking for. I didn’t have to go through all the paperwork you do other dealerships. They always have what I’m looking for. I didn’t have to go through all the paperwork you do other dealerships. More

Bought a 2010 Cobalt that thankfully got ruled a full loss from our insurance due to hail as the trans started slipping. Traded that in for 2010 Equinox that in two years has had the catalytic converter, loss from our insurance due to hail as the trans started slipping. Traded that in for 2010 Equinox that in two years has had the catalytic converter, transmission, timing chain+tensioner+pulleys, and now it's eating oil and has excessive crankcase pressure. Normally, I wouldn't fault the dealership for these as they are a known GM issue with several service bulletins that cover them, but Steve the Service MANAGER stopped returning my calls when I brought this to his attention. He initially had us do some "test" to measure oil consumption. They looked at the dipstick, marked where the oil was and wanted us to "drive it around awhile to see how low it got". Obviously I'm not going to let this pile explode and have it become a paperweight on my dime. Called GM and they said that is NOT how they test for oil consumption. Now we are out of warranty at 125k miles and had to shell out $5,000 out of our own pocket to fix the trans and timing with no end in sight. The car is a lemon and Bud Weiser has been 0 help righting the wrong. The sales staff are courteous enough. My main gripe again is with the disservice manager. Bud Weiser, reach out if you want to right this wrong and have this review reevaluated. I'm still waiting to get a call back from you Steve about checking with GM about our warranty and repairs!! Update 11/13/19: Spoke with Service manager finally. He's trying to get ahold of GM Rep. Still waiting. Update 11/18/2019 went in for an appraisal for a possible trade. Was offered $1k over value which is a step in the right direction, but still nowhere close to the $5k we had to pay out of pocket. Update 11/19/2019 Emailed Cole about our interest in a new Blazer. We decided against it considering similar models go for less. Still out $5k because of Steve. Still not happy. Still would recommend somewhere else. Update 11/29/2019 Made an appointment to observe positive crankcase pressure and oil consumption issue. Completely normal according to GM which is bad on them. Dealership not willing to reimburse or even admit fault for their service manager dropping the ball. We had an appointment the Monday after the trans went out to observe the crankcase pressure and oil consumption then obviously didn't show up when the trans went out. Cole couldn't seem to comprehend me going somewhere else to actually get the trans fixed when we needed a car and they wouldn't even return my calls. Everything should have been covered under our extended warranty that we bought from the dealer. Never do business with Bud Weiser. They will not take care of you and sells lemons. More
