I had run over a tire on the interstate and damaged the undercarriage of my Honda Pilot. They were so kind and fit me in right away to assess the damage so that I could get back on the road and drive home to Montana. I am so grateful for their help! More

I went to Bud Clary Ford and Honda last week. I was looking for a small size truck. Abel Guerra showed me 3 or 4 and then took me next door to Honda to see the Honda Ridgeline. When i went in I told Brandon the ABS pump needed to be replaced,he didn't, so I had to make another appointment to have it done. I have an hour drive each way and waiting for the work to be done. I was disappointed with the customer experience we had with Bud Clary. I emailed 2 separate sales people asking for information on a. Car and never received a response, I then called and talked to someone with Bud Clary. I emailed 2 separate sales people asking for information on a. Car and never received a response, I then called and talked to someone else who promised me up close pictures of the vehicle as we would travel over an hour to see the car in person. I never received the photos. I called the next day and talked to someone else who did get me the photos I asked for, but were blurry. I should have requested new photos at this point or asked more detailed questions. But decided to make the drive. Discovered upon getting there that the car had quite a bit of body damage that wasn't disclosed prior to our arrival. Overall I felt they could have cared less about my experience. I will not go back to bud clary. More
I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, but they were real nice about it. I waited for the car to get service. Didn’t take very long maybe 45 minutes. Waiting room was real.
