Was lied to from the minute I entered dealership. Pushy sales team kept pushing for delivery the same day ignoring my repeated explanation of plans that day. Something happened on the drive and vehicle was towed back in. I do not believe the story I was given, just more lies. None of this was told to me until texted sales. And now they say they are wholesaling vehicle. Avoid these people. They will claim I am an irate customer wanting to vent. Not even close. I have been involved in dealership protocol for over 40 years. Their practices are unacceptable. More

So I had to take away my 5 star do to the fact I purchased a pre owned vehicle that came with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. Experiencing transmission issues and immediately took the vehicle back twice and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with my truck. Sent it to a GM dealer myself to confirm it has a transmission problem and it was found immediately. Called Buchanan Kia to let them know what the dealer said oh and by the way they suggested it go to the dealer!! The old guy in service said oh well it’s out of warranty. You only had a 1 month 1,000 mile warranty which was a huge lie I wouldn’t have entertained this deal but I did because my sales person stated 3 month 3,000 miles I put 2500 miles on the truck at that time and they won’t honor the repair. None of my paper work says 1 month or 1000 miles nor does it say 3 month 3,000 miles. So if you buy ANYTHING from this dealership make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING because it’s convenient for them to alter warranties as they see fit. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Adams Chevrolet and was a loyal customer but I didn’t feel up to that drive so I came to Buchanan I bet you better believe I wished I carried my xxx up to Adams after this situation. Probably should have walked to ADAMS smh. Just be careful with these people and no your experience may not be the same as mine but if you buy GET THE xxxx IN WRITING More

We bought a 2022 Telluride from Buchanan summer 2021. A few months ago, right around 14k miles it started vibrating around 60mph. It’s very distinct, you can tell it’s coming from the drivetrain. Well, f A few months ago, right around 14k miles it started vibrating around 60mph. It’s very distinct, you can tell it’s coming from the drivetrain. Well, first trip in they claimed the tires were out of balance, so charged me to balance them. As soon as I left the dealership and found a road where it was safe to reach 60 mph, vibration was still there, even though the tech claimed it was gone and test drove it. So, scheduled another appointment. Tech drove it, confirmed he felt the vibration, took driveshaft out, test drove again and said it was still there, so they determined it was a right front passenger side bearing, had to order the part, so I had to bring it back again. For context it’s 45 minutes from our house to the dealer, but it’s where we bought it so I wanted to stick with them, but I miss work for every appointment, and there is never a loaner available. Take it back in, they replace the part and claim it’s fixed, not more than 10 minutes down the road again and first time I hit 60, yup, still vibrating. How can you not test drive a vehicle after a repair, or is it that they just don’t care it isn’t fixed?? Now I’ve missed all of that work and still have a basically brand new car with an issue that is unresolved. Time to try a different dealer at this point. More
