Fine service with a hitch The service was fine. Afterward, I came home and parked the car in my driveway. When I went to unload some things from the back, I noticed my right The service was fine. Afterward, I came home and parked the car in my driveway. When I went to unload some things from the back, I noticed my right rear tail light cover was cracked. When I brought the car in, the service person (Trey) did the initial inspection and we agreed the only defect was a hole in the passenger side windshield. Needless to say, I was disappointed to come home and find this. More

Brian Guzzardi was rude. Mr. Guzzardi, didn’t check on my car and didn’t not inform me what was taking so long to change 1 tire, put a plug on another one and do an alignment. Every other advisor came to their customers and explain to them what was going on. I will be looking for another place to service my car.
