I’ve been having such a difficult and stressful time with Toyota in Bryan. I have been waiting for my car registration for over 8 weeks now. I had called weekly after the fourth week to check if they’ve alre Toyota in Bryan. I have been waiting for my car registration for over 8 weeks now. I had called weekly after the fourth week to check if they’ve already received them. On the 6th week I was told they were lost and front desk rep told me to go get them myself at the DMV office, which caught me by surprise as I’ve never had this happened in any other dealership before. I then asked how did she verify they were “lost” and she couldn’t provide an answered. I told her I had called every week after the fourth week and for her to find assistance from upper management - due to this not being okay. And further more I was told I would receive on Monday 4/27 - as of today nothing has been received. I called and I was told again by the front desk that she has no idea what was the status of the second request and she could provide me with their accounting department email address to communicate directly, because she couldn’t do nothing about it. Since she was just the front desk rep. I asked to be transferred to a finance manager, which he then told me he would call me back when he found out where the status of the registration was at. Just a horrible experience. Patrick from the Finance department is the one assisting and front desk rep Jane or Jan has been the one to sent me off to figure it out on my own. More
BCS Toyota made this my buying journey a great experience. With today's buyer being so much better informed about the vehicle they are looking for and the pricing options available, the dealer experience. With today's buyer being so much better informed about the vehicle they are looking for and the pricing options available, the dealer experience becomes a real differentiator to the buyer. BCS Toyota and Aaron Douglas really stood out in this area. They valued the research I had done on why i was interested in a Land Cruiser and asked questions to enhance my knowledge base and give me a strong comfort that i was getting a good deal for the right vehicle for me. Other dealers were too focused on getting me into the dealership to "talk about the purchase" and take a test drive, even though i let them know that i had already completed those steps. Aaron even delivered my new vehicle to me at my house and the finance team worked with me over the phone and email so i could complete the purchase while still getting my work done at home. More

While the truck itself is great, my experience with the service at Bryan College Station Toyota, particularly (our salesman Jaime) was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. On March 26, we made an ap service at Bryan College Station Toyota, particularly (our salesman Jaime) was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. On March 26, we made an appointment with Jaime at 2:30 pm, we drove two hours round-trip to purchase a truck we saw online. After arriving 6 hours later, Jaime told us it was still being serviced, we had to wait two hours after arriving just to test drive it. When we finally bought the truck and got the keys, the interior was filthy. I asked our salesperson, Jaime, to have it cleaned, we were told it would be done, he told me he would have squeeze the truck in for the cleaning, but when the truck was brought home, the inside hadn't been touched—the cup holders, floor mats, and seats were still dirty. After the second cleaning, which Jaime arranged to come pick up the truck and return to us, once returned, still dirty inside, they only cleaned the outside and motor, did not touch the interior. Jaime eventually told me he would detail it himself, so we arranged for me to bring it to him which was another (2 hr round trip) on 4/10/26, when I arrived he gave me $100 and told me to take it to Wolf Creek Car Wash, not sure what happened to him detailing it but....when I arrived at the car wash they said it would be an extra $60 for a full detail, I contacted Jaime and he approved the extra $60 and that he would reimburse me the extra $60 it cost for a full detail. It has now been 18 days since then, and I have received nothing but excuses about why he hasn't paid me back. It took 16 days and countless texts, time, fuel cost, mileage and alot of frustration but after the third cleaning it was finally clean. Wolf Creek Car Wash did an excellent job. To make matters worse: Delayed Refund: I had to call and remind them to return our $500 deposit that took over a week to be refunded, despite being told it was handled the day of the purchase. Missing Key: I’ve asked Jaime multiple times for the toolbox key, even though I returned the previous owner's garage door opener to Jaime, he has made zero effort to get the key from the previous owner for us. I shouldn't have to "pull teeth" to get Jaime to deliver a clean vehicle or follow through on a $60 promise. If you deal with Jaime be prepared to do all the legwork yourself. What should have been a simple cleaning has turned into 31 days of excuse after excuse, frustration, text, time, mileage, gas and a broken promise to pay me back $60 and still no key for the toolbox. I had to reach out for any updates. I got an initial quote and the price went up after I was given a quote. I negotiated a lower price but it was still a few hundred bucks more than ini I got an initial quote and the price went up after I was given a quote.
