My daughter is off at college and needed an extra key made. I called and talked with Alejandro in Parts & Service. He found us a key at another dealership and had it shipped over the weekend. Once he had made. I called and talked with Alejandro in Parts & Service. He found us a key at another dealership and had it shipped over the weekend. Once he had the key, he set up a time for my daughter to come in and made her an extra key. Alejandro kept me in the loop throughout the process which was a huge help being five hours away. It was refreshing to find someone that actually followed through with what he said he was going to do. I would strongly recommend Bryant/College Station Toyota for any service and repairs. I’ve had excellent service in the sales department however I’ve been unhappy with the service I’ve received from the service department. I have a brand new 4Runner and there is a defect on the brakes. however I’ve been unhappy with the service I’ve received from the service department. I made an appointment after my representative said that the parts were in to get it replaced drove two hours to have my vehicle not have been repaired, parts were not in. I am disappointed in the miscommunication, especially since we drove 4 hours to have nothing completed. More
