My advisor was Albert. He was truly exceptional. I had come in the day before for the repair work but the wrong parts had been ordered. Albert had the mechanic run it up He was truly exceptional. I had come in the day before for the repair work but the wrong parts had been ordered. Albert had the mechanic run it up the hoist to make sure they could check it out and get correct parts ordered. I returned the next day at 7:30am and by 7:45am the repair work was done. Albert was efficient and thorough. Probably the best service experience in my nearly 50 years as a vehicle owner.
