Juan "Papo" at the service department greeted us extremely well and followed that up with taking care of our windshield at the time he stated,,, in addition, when I mentioned the sales department fa extremely well and followed that up with taking care of our windshield at the time he stated,,, in addition, when I mentioned the sales department failed to instruct us on the features of our new Tundra, he immedately said "I have the man for you" - which turned out to be Julian,,, and what a Godsend that was!! Julian went through every detail on all the bells and whistles that the sales department failed to show us at the time of purchase, as when we were asking for help - no one seemed to "know" anything nor did they even try to help which was a big disappointment to us as we had also purchased a TRD Rav4 and had gone through the same thing!,, Juan and Julian definitely deserve the highest accolades for their commitment to their customers! My advisor was Albert. He was truly exceptional. I had come in the day before for the repair work but the wrong parts had been ordered. Albert had the mechanic run it up He was truly exceptional. I returned the next day at 7:30am and by 7:45am the repair work was done. Albert was efficient and thorough. Probably the best service experience in my nearly 50 years as a vehicle owner.
