I have nothing against the dealership, it is the employees that the agency have. I remember mr. A. I even include that while making online appoitment. How this prestige dealership has this type of employeeswho made promises that were never kept. They assured me of certain deals and benefits, but none of it was delivered. This lack of honesty and follow-through was incredibly disappointing. I was.planning to change vehicle but i will go to either harligen SA won't be returning to this dealership because of the unprofessional behavior I encountered. More

I had showed up 2 weeks prior to basic warranty expiration to verify if water leak was covered since vehicle is a certified vehicle but was turned down abruptly by service adviser. It was disappointing because this is the second vehicle I purchased along with another vehicle next door and even by asking adviser if there was anything that could be done he pretty much turned it down without making an effort or bringing it to management attention.This time around I received call for service and was happy about your special even though vehicle did not necessarily require oil change but since I was traveling out of town this weekend I decided to take advantage. To my surprise I was greeted the way a customer should be greeted and I can honestly say it was very efficient and service adviser went above and beyond on concern from last visit on water leak from rear. Ms Rios went ahead and put me at ease and stated that it should have been brought to management attention since it was a very short time passed from warranty, she also mentioned that there was a specific recall for that issue so she will verify as well. I am in management and very big on customer service and a very detailed individual and will say this and the one thing I would strongly recommend is for service adviser to provide explanation of services performed as opposed to being asked, this would make a world of difference. I understand we can all be busy but one thing I have found out is that, "that the devil's in the details"! At this time I am only waiting to receive call for the water leak issue once part arrives.
