Really dishonest Was ready to a really bad review, but this place is so dishonest, I don't think it matters. I noticed after I bought my car that the bad reviews show up with mouths between them,and every time they get down in the bad score range they suddenly receive five or six good reviews in a matter of days, getting them back to a good score. Not an honest dealer,Stay Away I baught a 66 GTO that looked really good in the video and caught my attention but being out of state I had to rely on the honesty and integrity of th I baught a 66 GTO that looked really good in the video and caught my attention but being out of state I had to rely on the honesty and integrity of the dealership and the salesman and manager I delt with. Question 1.I asked if the car had any body or paint issues or bad body work and they said no it's amazing and we can't find any flaws not even a chip and the chrome looks to be redone.Well the passenger door has heavy bondo in it and even had a crack down the bottom of door,tail panel has a glob of bondo and horrible body work around taillight,,lots of small fish eyes,overspray on vinyl top and other parts,bad spray on hood where the paint couldn't even be buffed out smoothly(looks like the paint got splashed lightly while drying or paint gun splattered)amongst other things.The door with bondo wasn't even put back together correctly and parts of hinging not even attached as well as bottom seam of door being split open and just left..trunk pan not put together well.You get the point on that question.Oh and chrome was far from being redone. Question 2 was pretty simple....Does the car have any leaks...They answered no,that it leaves no oil on the showroom floor and had no leaks,even said no visable oil or anything wet under car or on engine. Well,it leaked from front main,rear main,valley,valve covers,transmission pan and out of the transmission senser where it had been siliconed into place insted of replacing......it leaves oil everywhere in my garage.I could see overlooking a small leak but these leaks were very obvious ... Question 3...How was wiring ......They told me it appeared to have been rewired and was tidy... Ummm,wires were put together under dash with wire nuts and some wires were bare and just twisted together without even electrical tape. Question 4...anything not working on car....They told me no,everything works even electric antenna.. Again,lies the power antenna never worked or even makes noise trying,windshield wipers have to be messed with to get on,stereo doesn't even power on,and the car has a power seat but none of the pieces are there dealing with the power seat leaving it stationary and unable to move. Question 5..How is it mechanically and how does it drive and is it tight...they answered it drives like a dream and was very tight,this car is an absolute turn key car. Well,it was very sloppy,4 bad shocks,all the tires were over 10 years old and were mismatched as well as rimsand wrong size,brakes were nearly to the metal,and transmission clunks loudly when shifting down and overheated on my first 20 min drive and spewed coolant all over the ground and had to cool down....Ohh and the steering would clunk as you made right and left turns....took it to mechanic and they noticed that the rag joint was falling apart and was so bad it wasn't safe to drive Question 6.I even asked if they were being honest or should I have the vehicle inspected,they told me an inspection would have been a waste of money(SHOULD HAVE) because they knew I was out of state and I explained I was on disability but I trusted them which turned out to be a costly mistake. They also told me that it was like buying this car from a private party and that meant no taxes when I registered it in AZ.Told me the car was still in the owners name they got it from and was not in dealerships name so it was like buying from him not the dealer ...Not true ,there went another 1500.00 in taxes .... It has taken me awhile to write this review bc of health issues but I feel the public should be aware. Bottom line is the sales people lied about obvious problems with the car and then told me that no car is turnkey after I complained and were really rude after the deal was made and they had the money....Not what they said on video or over the phone... I put my trust in this dealership and they not only took advantage of me but blatantly lied about the quality and safety of the car.I would never buy a car or anything else for that matter from them. STAY AWAY!!!! If you do decide you see something they have you just have to get or like a lot ,GET IT INSPECTED OR FLY YOUR BUTT OUT AND SEE IT IF OUT OF STATE. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. More
