The business is Brown's Performance Motor Cars, I purchased a 1970 chevelle SS from them and when I received it in November I couldn't take it for a drive because it was very cold. We took it to my local mechanic / friend about two weeks ago and the block was cracked and the tranny as they stated was not a turbo 400 it was a 350 and the housing was crack. Sold me a car via the internet. When I asked about the working condition of the vehicle I was told the Motoor and transmission were good and that they had 25K on a rebuild. After accepting delivery of the car drove it for about 15 mins. Took it to Classic car restoration place to trouble shoot guages being out. The mechanic was looking at the oil pressure gauge and found that the gauge was functioning, the oil pressure was not. Pick-up tube for oil pump in oil pan along with a chunk of a valve bearings scarred to all xxxx. cost me $7k to put a new motor in the car. More

Absoultely, I had been all over Maryland all day and had come across run down dealerships, that showed misleading pics. on their websites and then would let me test drive cars with zero gas in them. I came across Brown's at 6pm, after a long day searching, in the rain. We saw the car we were interested in their lot, pulled in, and they treated us like gold! Got the car for a steal and the cleaned it, gave us a full tank of gas, had us in and out in 2 hrs. *And their building was clean and beautiful! Highly recommended. More
