I went in to Brown's after comparing small cars and test driving a Smart. I wanted to drive a used FIAT, I ended up test driving a brand new red FIAT 500 and Rich had me sold. The car drives amazing, it is far more practical than the Smart and my experience at Brown's and the incentives they offered were great!!! From sales to service everyone I met were happy and there to help. A special shout out to Clay in the service department, great guy. The whole experience could not have been easier or quicker. My experience with Richard Liquori was A+. He took his time and showed me all the different available cars that I was interested in, in two different showroom lots. I test drove the Fiat 500 Abarth on ter time and showed me all the different available cars that I was interested in, in two different showroom lots. I test drove the Fiat 500 Abarth on terrain that I wanted to experience the cars ride and handling. he went out of his way to let me drive the car as much as I wanted to and did not rush me out of the car. After driving and seeing all the available cars I was able to purchase my new Fiat 500 Abarth the very same day because of Richard Liquori. I have bought many cars over the years and felt with many different kind of salesmen, but Richard was different, he was more like a friend than a salesperson. He even picked me up at the train station on the day of delivery and made certain that car was prepped the right way for delivery. Even after the sale he's been in touch with me a number of times to make sure that my new car is fine and that I was happy with my purchase. Outstanding dealership and personnel !!! More

Before I went to the dealer, I did my HW and had my price in mind. It was a simple and enjoyable process, I test drove two Fiats and decided on the one I wanted; I picked up my car the following afternoon an in mind. Jimmy Z was great and he even stayed past closing so we could sign all the paperwork. I appreciated that they were not pushy. His humor was appreciated and it made a sometimes stressful process enjoyable for all involved. I had a long drive after picking up the car and was surprised that the car's tank was about 3/4 full. Jim was sincere, fair and pleasant, as opposed to the pushy, arrogant, slippery type I have come to expect in a car salesman. Jim's knowledge of the vehicle and all the different models was impressive and informative and never did he talk down to me. I highly recommend Jim Rogers of Brown's as I trust he would not try to take advantage, and as a woman I consider that quality to be priceless. (He also has a great sense of humor.) More
