Immediately when I walked in they told me it was a problem because I wanted to trade in a lease, when I had already explained that over the phone and he said it wasn't. New Car Purchase Recently, my husband and I had been discussing leasing a new car. We visited several dealerships and were very surprised to learn, that apparently, mo Recently, my husband and I had been discussing leasing a new car. We visited several dealerships and were very surprised to learn, that apparently, most advertisements for leases were merely come-ons and there was quite a sticker shock once you actually learned all the requirements necessary to lease under those low monthly payments.... most of which we did not qualify for. We weren't seriously considering purchasing a new car as most seemed very expensive for what we were looking for. This past Fathers' Day, we stopped in at BROWN'S Dealership in Patchogue. We were very enthusiastically greeted by Rich Liquori, one of their salesman. Rich was very pleasant and very accommodating. We thought we might be interested in the Fiat500L Trekker. We took out time looking around the lot and asked many questions. Rich suggested we take a drive and explained the differences between the different models. He took great pains to see that we were comfortable asking questions about the different models as well as those regarding financing. We found Rich to be very easy to work with as well as being very knowledgeable and professional. We were sold! We purchased our new Fiat and picked it up just yesterday. We are in love!! Rich went over everything with us again, made sure we knew where everything was and how it operated and he even set up my husbands' Bluetooth! Today, several people stopped us to ask about the car and we told them where it was purchased and recommended Richard to them. I know we will be enjoying our new Fiat for many years to come. We would like to thank all the folks at Browns' for all their help and especially Richard for his professionalism and expertise.... we feel we've made a new friend.
