I called service and requested an oil change and inspection. No inspection on paperwork at dealership. My appointment was 8:30am, I didn’t leave until almost noon. I was the second car there that pu inspection. No inspection on paperwork at dealership. My appointment was 8:30am, I didn’t leave until almost noon. I was the second car there that pulled up that day. The service advisor communicated to me that it took to long. I shouldn’t have wait almost 4hrs and still get my oil change and a inspection. I received an email from the service team to confirmed that I wanted an oil change and inspection. More

I had a great experience when purchasing the vehicle and that's where it stops. I got home and the bed cover would not open. So, I scheduled an appointment. I took it in and the first words out of the techn that's where it stops. I got home and the bed cover would not open. So, I scheduled an appointment. I took it in and the first words out of the technician's mouth was we knew about the issue. I didn't say a word and left it for them to fix. They called a few hours later and said a part came in to fix the battery they needed to install. I didn't order a part and knew nothing about it. They asked to keep it overnight and I said yes. Today i call about it and they want to keep it until Monday but were not going to ask and now I don't have a car. Who sells a vehicle and doesn't disclose the issues a BRAND-NEW truck has. More
