Service end with the sale Having an ongoing service issue with my car with these yoyo's. I've been back and forth 5X's to get the issue fixed but they can't seem to fix it r Having an ongoing service issue with my car with these yoyo's. I've been back and forth 5X's to get the issue fixed but they can't seem to fix it right the first time. They need better mechanics! They don't have enough LOANER CARS incase they need to keep your car overnight. They DON"T followup with you. You have to keep on TOP of them to make sure your get what you need done. Overall, I wouldn't buy my next car from them. More

Came in for a 2015 Dodge Tradesman 2500 that the elusive "Mark" (Internet price guy) claimed they could get, but these Liars will promise you they can get the car you want, they will take your deposit money, run the credit check, & then low & behold after all papers are signed, "Aww shucks, that truck was sold before we got to it." Okay, no problem. Things happen right? Besides, if they find the vehicle we want great, if not great, we'll find it elsewhere.. Well not so much. You see after we came in to meet with Mark, this other incompetent salesman named Matt said he'd help us out. Two days after we signed the paperwork, Matt called back & gave us the sad story about not having the truck he promised us, but they could order us one for just a 6-8 week waiting period from the factory.. Ummm no thanks, call us if you actually locate a truck that is not already sold.. 3 days later, brown daub proceeded to take our $1000 deposit from the bank anyway! xxx?? Heads will be rolling.. Matt is horrible, no social skills, and lies like a rug.. Steer clear of this rip off joint! More

I haven't been able to find the color and trim level that I've wanted - the only one available was at this location. I called early in the morning and they promptly provided me with all of the numbers and information that I had requested - I was very pleased with this customer service. I decided to make an appointment to go in and check out the vehicle later that day. I called right before I had left to make sure the vehicle was still there (because I had heard bad reviews about this place) and Krystal guaranteed that it was and that they were in fact "slow" this month, so she was expecting to get an even lower price than promised. That being said, I left my house (45 minutes away) and by the time I got there, I was greeted by a man casually standing outside waiting for my arrival. It wasn't the sales person that Krystal had mentioned, but he said he would be working with me for the time being. As soon as I entered into the building, he had to make sure that the vehicle was still there. CONVENIENTLY it was "just sold." They had the salesman who "sold" this vehicle walk by just as I was standing there with the slip in his hand saying "oh yeah, I just sold it..the white one, right?" HA. As soon as I heard that I walked out. They ran after attempting to offer me a comparable one. I told them the one they had "sold" was the only one that I was interested in. They continued to offer me a 2015 at the price I was given for the 2014, which was not going to happen. It was painfully obvious that they set this all up - it was a HUGE scheme and it truly sickened me. Worst part was that I had my check with me and was planning on purchasing the vehicle right then and there if it had went well. Sucks to be you guys, Brown Daub! I will never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Stay away!! More

We were met by a salesman named Tom, who happened to have the personality of a sloth. I wanted to test drive both the diesel and Hemi equipped JGC to compare, which we did and I decided on the Hemi engine. So I then explained to Tom that I was not a big fan of the twenty inch wheels that came on the Summit edition, and wanted to purchase Jeep Grand Cherokee eighteen inch wheels and tires. He gave a perplexed look and said that I couldn't do that, when I asked why, he responded by saying "that will void your warranty". Not being satisfied with this answer, I asked him to check and get me verification of his claim. Tom came back with an individual by the name of Rick. Rick was much more personable but as I would soon find out, extremely rude and incompetent. Rick backed up Tom's claim of the warranty being voided. I asked him how it would void the warranty, he responded by saying "because it could damage the engine", now I must have had a perplexed look on my face. When I asked how would it damage the engine, he responded "the speedometer is calibrated for twenty inch wheels". I agreed but asked how is that damaging the engine? Rick paused for a few seconds, then said "Then don't buy the car" got up and walked away, as did my wife and I. Happy ending to the story, we went to Rothrock's in Allentown and 24 hours later went home with a brand new JGC Summit with extended warranty and an order for the eighteen inch wheels that they will be installing because it does not void any warranty. Stay away from this dealer! More
Rating based on Service only I did not have a good check-in and check-out experience. When I responded to a "thank you" email to tell them about my experience, the person who res I did not have a good check-in and check-out experience. When I responded to a "thank you" email to tell them about my experience, the person who responded was not apologetic, made excuses, and then had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't a regular customer; they hadn't seen me in 2 years. I explained to him that I was looking at buying a new car from them, but after that comment there is no way I would deal with them again. Old customers, no matter how frequently they seek service, are potential new car customers! I would deal with the salesman I spoke to while I waiting for my car to be serviced. I really liked him, but not after the service the dealer provides. More
